The City of Rehoboth Beach is pleased to share the attached Request for Information (RFI) for Reimagine Rehoboth, a citywide master planning effort that will shape the future of our downtown, neighborhoods, and public realm. Through this initiative, the City is seeking input from qualified planning, design, and community engagement firms interested in helping us craft a bold, community-driven vision for a more walkable, vibrant, and resilient Rehoboth Beach.
This RFI is an information-gathering step, not a formal procurement, intended to help the City understand available approaches, innovative ideas, and the range of expertise in the market as we prepare to launch this once-in-a-generation planning process. Responses will directly inform the scope, structure, and timeline of a forthcoming RFP.
