Those that need to pay a bill can do so by online payments, by mail, or in person. Please refer to the information below information on each method.

Online payments

Parking Citations

Please use only this link to make parking citation payments to the City of Rehoboth Beach. Do not use a third-party service like DOXO for citation payments. DOXO may charge additional fees and may not provide required information to the City. The city will not be held responsible for late payments. Note that credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee.

Alderman Court #37 Payments

Payments may be made for traffic violations and criminal deferred payments.

Note that civil citations are not payable through the online system; please refer to your citation for payment information.

Utility Bills, Property Taxes, General Bills

Payment of these bills may be made through the city’s Citizen Self-Service Portal. The portal also may be used to look up, but not pay for, business licenses and existing permits and inspections.

Note that credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee.

Mail checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks can be made payable to the City of Rehoboth Beach:
