New Cashiering System To Go Live August 1

As part of upcoming cashiering system changes, the City will transition from the current 2.5% convenience fee model to a pass-through service fee model administered by Tyler Technologies. Under the new structure, service fees will be assessed directly by Tyler based on the payment method used and will appear as a separate charge.

Service Fee Schedule:

Credit and debit card transactions (online and in-person): 3.75% of the transaction amount or $2.50 minimum.

ACH/eCheck payments (online): $1.95 per transaction.

Checks, paid in person: No charge.

Credit card chargebacks: $15.00 per occurrence.
