Notable agenda items include:

• Recognition of Burt Dukes, City Finance Director, for 17 years of service to the City
• Building and Licensing Department Briefing on Restaurant Permit of Compliance and Grease Trap Inspection Program.
• Bandstand Summer Concert Series – discuss and consider changes including but not limited to the number of concerts and days of the week, as well as ways to minimize impacts to the business community and actions to ensure the safety of patrons.
• Audit Committee’s recommendation to the Board of Commissioners to approve the Audit Report for FY2025. The Auditors issued an unmodified opinion over the governmental activities, business type activities, each major fund and aggregate remaining fund information for the year ended March 31, 2025.
• Update on Zoning Code initiatives, including discussion of the City’s partnership with Dover Kohl & Partners.
• Consideration of appointments of the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk Historical Designation Task Force.
• Discussion of the potential to expand the types of actions that may be taken at monthly Board of Commissioners meetings to enhance efficiency and public transparency, including whether votes may occur at multiple meetings each week.
