Fall 2026 Water Main and Paving Projects

Beginning mid-September, the city will replace the water main and water service lines on Sussex Street and Kent Street, between 3rd and 4th street. Additionally, water main and service lines on Silver Lane will be replaced, with street repaving also taking place. This work is part of the city’s Capital Improvement Plan and the FY27 budget. Households on the affected streets have been notified via mailed letter. Find copies of those letters below.
