Fee changes

As part of upcoming system changes, we will transition from the current 2.5% convenience fee model to a service fee starting August 1st. Under the new structure, service fees will be determined directly by Tyler Technologies based on the payment method used and will appear as a separate charge as follows:
Credit and debit card transactions (online and in-person): 3.75% of the transaction amount or $2.50 minimum, ACH/eCheck payments (online): $1.95 per transaction, Credit card chargebacks: $15.00 per occurrence, Checks paid in person: no charge
