Concerns Code Enforcement handles:
- Building without a permit
- Residential or business construction outside of working hours
- Signage in public-right-of-way
- Outdoor dining violations
- Complaints of observations of unsafe buildings (broken windows/gutters hanging down/etc.) as well as broken or unsafe sidewalks.Â
Code Enforcement does not handle:
- Police matters (life-threatening emergencies, speeding, vehicles parked in restricted areas)
- Parking tickets and permits
- Issuing permits
- Construction parking
- Utility work
