Construction to Begin at Coast Rehoboth Beach

Beginning the week of November 3, 2025, construction will begin at Coast Rehoboth Beach, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, located on the corner of Rehoboth Avenue and 2nd Street in downtown Rehoboth Beach. The project, managed by North Star Construction Management, Inc., will add ten new guest rooms which were approved by the Rehoboth Beach Planning Commission earlier this year. These improvements are designed to elevate the guest experience while strengthening the long-term vitality of Rehoboth’s hospitality district.
The work is expected to be completed by Memorial Day 2026. The project team will maintain clear communication with the City of Rehoboth Beach to limit off-hours disturbance, minimize noise, traffic impacts, and other disruptions to nearby residents and businesses. Areas that will be most impacted will be construction fencing on the Rehoboth Avenue-facing side of the hotel that will cover a portion of the sidewalk, but will not restrict foot traffic; and the usage of several parking spaces in the hotel lot, not including the EV parking spaces. In addition, space will be used in the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company alley as a staging area for equipment.

Coast Rehoboth Beach is owned by Rehoboth Hotel LLC, an affiliate of Harvey Hanna & Associates and is operated and managed by TKo Hospitality Management.
