Charrette Week: Focus Meeting – DSHA & Smart Growth America

Join Dover, Kohl, & Partners for a Charette Week Focus Meeting at the Convention Center. All week, the group is holding focus meetings for key stakeholders to discuss important parts of the city that code rewrites will affect. Those who have comments, concerns, or suggestions about the topic of the focus group are welcome to attend. Off-topic conversations are encouraged during the Open Studio Hours (Tues-Thurs 3:30 pm-6:30 pm and Wed-Thurs 10 am-12 pm).   For this meeting, they will be discussing workforce and affordable housing needs with the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) and Smart Growth America. They encourage the community to take this survey to gather more information about the city’s housing landscape.
