City of Rehoboth Beach to ring in holiday season with tree lighting, sing-along November 28

It’s (almost) the most wonderful time of the year! The city’s annual tree lighting at the
Bandstand will take place at 7 pm on Friday, November 28. Festivities are preceded by a
sing-along by Clear Space Theater beginning at 6:30 pm.

This year’s holiday tree is donated by the State of Delaware, from the grounds next to
Tharros Village (18006 Coastal Highway Lewes, DE 19958). The city would like to extend
our gratitude to those at the State of Delaware for their donation.

The tree will make its way down Route 1 to the Bandstand around 10:30 am on Thursday,
November 20. Harry Caswell LLC, Delmarva Power, and the city’s Streets Department will
assist in the removal, transferring, and installation of the tree.
