Sea Witch Parade

This spook-tacular fall event features floats, bands, balloons, costumed characters, special vehicles, and more - all making their way along Rehoboth Avenue as part of the Chamber of Commerce's three-day annual Sea Witch festival. *Please note: The Sea Witch Festival and Parade are not events that is planned and organized by the City of Rehoboth Beach.
