PAWS for People: Doodle Costume Parade

This is to kick off the Doodles in Dewey event that takes place in the beach areas all weekend. Friday evening's event includes a costume contest and parade on the Boardwalk to Prospect Street and back, ending with the judging on Rehoboth Ave. For more information, please visit PAWS for People.
